What you can ask
Fit and strategyHow do outcomes compare for software engineers, physicians, researchers and entrepreneurs? Which requirement fails most often?
The three prongsWhat are the top reasons national importance fails? How are business plans treated for prong 2? When does urgency outweigh labor certification?
Evidence and lettersHow are expert letters weighed? What makes a letter ‘conclusory’? Which evidence appears most in findings that were met?
After filingHow often is each prong finding overturned on appeal? What new evidence did the AAO accept on a motion to reopen?
TrendsHow have the deficiency reasons shifted since 2021? Did outcomes change after the January 2022 Policy Manual update?
Questions people ask before subscribing
Is this legal advice? No. The Analyzer reports what the AAO decided in published cases and what the Policy Manual says. It never evaluates your petition or predicts an outcome. For advice about your case, talk to an immigration attorney.
Where does the data come from?Every non-precedent EB-2 NIW decision the AAO has published since December 2016, downloaded from uscis.gov, read, coded and verified. New decisions are added every week.
What counts as a question? Each answer you open, whether you typed the question or picked a suggested one. Browsing questions, suggestions and filters are free. Your count resets on your billing date.
Do you keep what I ask?No. Questions are not saved to your account. Only your question count is stored.
Can I cancel?Yes, any time, from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
General research from published AAO decisions, not legal advice. AAO decisions are appeals of denied petitions, not approval rates. GreenCaard is not a law firm and is not affiliated with USCIS or any government agency.
