Version 1.1 · Last Updated: September 30, 2026
This Refund Policy governs refund eligibility for all Products offered under the "Get Green Card On Your Own" brand by Immigreat AI LLC through Greencaard.com and our course player at courses.greencaard.com.
All other terms relating to platform usage, privacy, cookies, and intellectual property are addressed in separate policy documents available on this site. In the event of any conflict between this Refund Policy and our Terms and Conditions, this Refund Policy shall prevail on matters of refund eligibility, refund amounts, and refund procedure.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any right you may have under the consumer protection law of your country of residence that cannot be waived by agreement.
You may request a refund within 30 calendar days of your purchase, provided you have watched less than 20% of that course's total video duration.
A fifth of every course is yours to evaluate before you commit to it. You may watch any lessons you choose, in any order — what matters is the total amount you have watched, not which parts of the course it came from.
Your viewing percentage is shown in the video player while you watch, and in your account under "My Enrollments." We do not interrupt playback or send a warning as you approach the 20% mark, so if you wish to keep the option of a refund open, please check the figure before you continue. It is the same figure we use to decide refund requests.
The same terms apply to every Course and Bundle we sell, whatever its price, length, or access period. Toolkits are not refundable once purchased; Section 3.4 explains why.
| Term | Applies to every Course and Bundle purchase |
|---|---|
| Refund window | 30 calendar days from the date of purchase |
| Progress limit | Less than 20% of the course's total video duration watched |
| How progress is measured | Distinct video content watched, as a proportion of the total video duration of that course |
| Processing fee | 4% of the price paid, with no fixed maximum |
| Refund amount | Price paid (after any discounts) minus the processing fee |
| Refund limit | Each course may be refunded at most twice, counted per course and across all of your purchases of it |
| Partial refunds | Each course, or each bundle, is refunded in full or not at all |
| Bundles | A bundle is refunded as a single purchase; courses inside a bundle are not individually refundable |
Every course page states the total video duration of that course. Your refund eligibility depends on how much of that video content you have watched.
You remain eligible for as long as you have watched less than a fifth of the course. For example: in a course containing 100 minutes of video, you remain eligible until you have watched 20 minutes.
It makes no difference which lessons you watch, or in what order. Content you watch more than once is counted only once, and the speed at which you watch makes no difference to the figure.
Your viewing percentage is displayed in the video player while you watch, and again in "My Enrollments" alongside your progress through the course. We record video playback for each account and use that record to determine refund eligibility; the figure we rely on is the same one shown to you.
Keeping track of that figure is left to you. It is on screen while you watch, but we do not pause playback, display a warning, or notify you when you reach or pass 20%. Passing it does not restrict your access to the course in any way — the only consequence is that the purchase is no longer refundable.
Each course is sold with a specified access period, chosen at the time of purchase. The refund window and the 20% progress limit attach to the purchase itself and do not vary with the length of the access period you selected.
Where you make more than one purchase, each carries its own refund window and its own progress limit. The limit on how many times a given course may be refunded, however, applies across all of your purchases of that course. Repurchasing a course you have previously refunded does not restore the limit.
A bundle is refunded as a single purchase. Individual courses within a bundle cannot be refunded separately, and the progress limit is assessed against the bundle as a whole.
A Toolkit is a pack of downloadable templates and documents. Its files are available for you to download as soon as your purchase completes, so the terms in Sections 2 and 3 do not apply to it:
This does not affect a duplicate purchase of the same Toolkit, which we refund in full under Section 12.1; an extension of your access under Section 7.1 where a verified fault on our platform stops you reaching the files; or any right you have under the consumer protection law of your country of residence (Section 1).
We may issue a refund outside the terms set out above in two situations only:
No other circumstance qualifies under this section. Refunds under this section are arranged by our support team rather than through the refund button in your account. To request one, contact us at support@greencaard.com. We may ask you for reasonable supporting documentation, and we will treat anything you send us confidentially.
A refund made under this section is a goodwill gesture. It is decided case by case, does not set a precedent, and does not create an entitlement in respect of any other request.
If you are eligible, your refund is submitted straight away — there is no waiting period and no manual review — and your access to the course ends at that point. You will receive an email confirming the request, and a second email once your payment provider confirms the refund has completed. In the rare event that the refund does not go through, we will email you and you can retry it from your enrollments page.
Funds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days; that timing is set by your bank or card issuer, not by us.
If you believe the eligibility decision is wrong — for example, because the viewing figure recorded against your account does not look right — contact us at support@greencaard.com. We will review the underlying playback record and respond within 5 business days.
If you have any difficulty with the refund process itself, please contact us before taking any other action, including filing a payment dispute.
A processing fee of 4% of the price paid is deducted from refunds. The fee is always proportional to the amount refunded; there is no fixed maximum.
This fee covers the payment-processing and currency-conversion charges applied to your original transaction by our payment processor, together with our own handling costs. When a payment is refunded, the original processing charges are retained by the payment processor, the acquiring bank, and the card networks, and are not returned to us.
The fee is shown to you before you confirm a refund request, and stated in this policy. If we change it, we will publish an updated version of this policy first, and the version in effect on the date of your purchase governs that purchase.
We do not deduct the processing fee where:
Refunds under this section are arranged by our support team rather than through the refund button in your account. Contact support@greencaard.com and we will process them for you.
Our courses are delivered on our own platform. If you are unable to access content you have purchased because of a technical fault on our side, please contact us at support@greencaard.com and we will work to resolve it promptly.
Where a verified fault on our platform prevents you from accessing course content for a significant period, we will extend your access period at no cost to make good the time lost, on request. If you have been affected, contact support@greencaard.com and we will arrange it.
Where a verified fault on our platform prevents you from accessing course content for seven or more consecutive days, or for fourteen or more days in aggregate within any period of thirty days, you may instead choose one of the following:
Where you choose either refund, your access to the course ends on the date the refund is issued. Refunds under this section are arranged by our support team.
This section applies to faults attributable to our platform. It does not apply to:
The remedies set out in this section are your sole and exclusive remedies for any interruption of access to course content.
We update course content from time to time to reflect developments in immigration law, policy, and practice. Routine updates are a normal part of the service and do not give rise to a refund.
If, during your access period, we withdraw a course entirely or change it so substantially that it no longer covers the subject matter described when you purchased it, we will contact you and offer you the choice of:
Refunds under this section are arranged by our support team.
Our refund terms are built on good faith, and the overwhelming majority of requests are made in good faith. A small number are not.
The following are treated as refund abuse. They will result in a refund request being declined, and may result in suspension of your account:
Where we decline a request on these grounds we will tell you why, and you may ask for a review under Section 5.1.
If something has gone wrong with a purchase, contact us at support@greencaard.com. Most concerns are resolved quickly, and our refund process — including the review step in Section 5.1 — is usually the fastest route to a resolution.
If you have contacted us and we have not been able to resolve your concern, you remain free to pursue any route available to you, including a dispute with your card issuer or payment provider, and any right you have under the consumer law of your country of residence. We ask only that you give us the opportunity to put things right first.
Where a chargeback is filed without any prior contact with us, we may respond by providing the payment processor with your purchase record, access log, and completion data, and we may suspend access to the disputed course pending the outcome. We will contact you at the same time, so that you have the opportunity to resolve the matter with us directly.
Where we identify a repeated pattern of disputes we consider to be made in bad faith, we may decline to accept further purchases from you.
Courses obtained at no cost are not eligible for a monetary refund, because no payment was made. This includes courses we offer free of charge, complimentary access grants, promotional giveaways, and contest prizes. If you received a course at no cost and are not satisfied with it, we would still like to hear from you — please contact support@greencaard.com.
A course purchased at a discount is refundable on the ordinary terms of this policy, calculated on the amount you actually paid. Where a discount or coupon brought the price to zero, there is no payment to return, so no refund is available — your access continues normally until it expires. Courses we offer free of charge are likewise not refundable, for the same reason.
The only further exception is a promotion whose terms expressly stated that the purchase was non-refundable, where that was disclosed to you before you completed the purchase.
If you accidentally purchase the same course or Toolkit twice, contact us. We will refund the duplicate in full, with no processing fee, regardless of the 30-day window or the progress limit.
Where a course was paid for by an employer, an institution, or another third party, any refund is issued to the original payment method — and therefore to the payer, not to the account holder.
Refunds are issued in US Dollars to your original payment method. If your card is denominated in another currency, the amount you receive may differ from the amount originally debited, because of exchange-rate movement and any conversion fee applied by your card issuer. We are not able to compensate for that difference.
If your original payment method is no longer valid, contact support@greencaard.com and we will arrange an alternative means of repayment.
Prices shown on our site are the final amount you pay. Where sales tax, VAT, or an equivalent tax applies to your location, it is already included in that price rather than added at checkout, and your receipt shows how much of the total was tax.
When a refund is issued, the tax contained in the amount refunded is returned with it. Because tax is included in the displayed price, the processing fee in Section 6 is calculated on the price you paid.
We may modify this Refund Policy. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date and version number.
The version of this policy in effect on the date of your purchase governs your refund eligibility for that purchase. Dated copies of previous versions are retained and are available on request from support@greencaard.com.
