Welcome to Greencaard.com ("we," "our," "us," or the "Platform"), operated by Immigreat AI LLC, a company registered in the United States at Raleigh, North Carolina.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, Products, and services. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Important: Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing any Product. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
"Platform" means both the store at greencaard.com, where you browse, buy, and manage your account and orders, and the course player at courses.greencaard.com, where you watch the Products you have purchased. Both are operated by Immigreat AI LLC and share a single account, and these Terms apply to both.
Our Platform is offered to users in the United States and India. If you access the Platform from elsewhere, you may do so, but we do not currently tailor our terms or our practices to the law of any other country.
These Terms should be read together with our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Legal Disclaimer.
Where these Terms and the Refund Policy differ on any matter of refund eligibility, refund amounts, or refund procedure, the Refund Policy prevails. Section 7 below is a summary only and is not intended to vary the Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any right you may have under the consumer protection law of your country of residence that cannot be waived by agreement. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with such a right, that right prevails and the remainder of these Terms continues to apply.
To use our Platform and purchase Products, you must:
To access Products you must create an account using a valid email address. You sign in with a one-time code sent to that address, and you may additionally enable an authenticator app or a passkey from your profile settings. There is no password for your Account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, to keep that information up to date, and to keep your Login Credentials — including any one-time code, authenticator device, or passkey — confidential and under your sole control.
At checkout you will be asked for a billing address. We use it to determine the tax that applies to your purchase, as described in Section 6.2, so it is important that it is complete and accurate.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. You agree not to share your Login Credentials or Account access with any other person, not to create multiple accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes, and to notify us promptly at support@greencaard.com if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
Your purchase entitles one person — you — to access the Product.
Your Account may be signed in on up to two devices at the same time. Signing in on a third device automatically signs you out on the device you used least recently. This happens without warning and without any action on your part, so if you use several devices you may find you need to sign in again on one of them. There is no limit on how many different devices you may use over time, only on how many may be signed in at once. We may change this limit as our Platform develops, and will update these Terms when we do.
We may also limit simultaneous playback, so that Product content is streamed on one device at a time.
If you are unexpectedly signed out and believe someone else has access to your Account, contact us at support@greencaard.com.
We monitor sign-in and usage patterns for indicators of account sharing, including concurrent sessions on multiple devices, access from widely separated locations within a short period, and usage volumes inconsistent with individual use. Where we identify such a pattern we will normally contact you first. Where sharing is established, or where you do not respond, we may suspend or terminate your Account in accordance with Section 13.
Greencaard.com provides immigration education courses designed to help individuals understand and navigate the U.S. immigration process. Our courses cover topics relating to various visa categories, application procedures, and case-building strategy.
Disclaimer: Our courses are for educational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. We are not a law firm, and our content should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal counsel. For advice specific to your immigration case, please consult a licensed immigration attorney.
Our Products are delivered on our own course player at courses.greencaard.com. Upon purchase you will receive access to the Product through your Account for the Access Period you selected.
Access is granted for your personal, single-user use. You may stream Product content from your Signed-in Devices, but you may not download, record, redistribute, or otherwise reproduce it, except for Toolkit files, which you may download as described in Section 5.7.
Each Product is sold with an Access Period stated at the time of purchase. Your Access Period begins on the date of purchase and runs continuously, whether or not you use the Product during that time.
When your Access Period ends, your access to that Product ends with it. We are not obliged to restore or extend access after expiry, and expiry does not give rise to any refund. Where you purchase the same Product again, a new Access Period begins on the date of that purchase.
We will use reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available and to resolve faults promptly, but we do not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend access temporarily for maintenance, and will give reasonable notice where we are able to do so.
Where a fault on our platform prevents you from accessing content you have purchased, the remedies available to you are set out in Section 7 of the Refund Policy, which provides for an extension of your Access Period on request and, in the case of prolonged disruption, a refund. Those remedies are your sole and exclusive remedies for interruption of access.
We may update Product content from time to time to reflect changes in immigration law, policy, or practice. While we work to keep content current, we do not guarantee that all material reflects the most recent legal developments at any given moment.
Where we withdraw a Product entirely, or change it so substantially that it no longer covers the subject matter described when you purchased it, Section 8 of the Refund Policy sets out what you are entitled to.
Our Product content references publicly available Administrative Appeals Office (AAO) decisions and adjudication patterns. Many AAO outcomes — particularly in remanded or unpublished cases — are not fully disclosed in the public record.
Accordingly, the case examples and case studies presented in our Products are composite examples, built from recurring patterns across published AAO decisions and observed adjudication trends. They do not correspond to any individual case. They are provided solely for educational illustration, and should not be relied upon as representations of particular adjudication outcomes or as guarantees of any result.
All such content constitutes original educational commentary and is the intellectual property of Immigreat AI LLC.
A Toolkit is delivered through your Account on our course player. For the Access Period you bought, you may view its files and download them as often as you need.
Each copy is personalised to you. The files you view or download are individual copies prepared for your Account, and they may carry information that identifies you as the purchaser, so that any copy can be traced back to the purchase it came from.
Toolkit files are licensed to you for your own personal use only (Section 8.2). You may fill in, adapt, and print them to prepare your own petition or application, and you may share the documents you complete with the immigration authorities and with your own attorney or preparer for that purpose. You may not share, sell, publish, upload, or otherwise distribute the files, or blank or adapted copies of them, to anyone else.
When your Access Period ends, you can no longer view or download the files through your Account. Copies you downloaded during your Access Period remain licensed to you on the same terms.
A paid Toolkit is not refundable once purchased. Section 3.4 of the Refund Policy explains this, and the limited situations it does not affect.
All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change without notice. The price displayed at the time of your purchase is the price that applies to that transaction.
Where the same Product is offered with more than one Access Period, each is a separate purchase at its stated price. We do not currently offer upgrades between Access Periods.
The price you see is the price you pay. Where sales tax, VAT, goods and services tax, or an equivalent charge applies to your location, it is already included in the displayed price rather than added at checkout. Your receipt shows how much of the total was tax, and tax is returned in proportion to any refund you receive.
The tax that applies to your purchase is determined by where you are located, not by where we are located. At checkout, our payment processor collects a billing address on every purchase in order to determine whether tax applies and at what rate. You must give us a complete and accurate address, including your country. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the billing address you have given is your true address.
To determine the correct tax, and to meet our own reporting obligations, we collect and retain evidence of your location at the time of purchase. This may include your billing address, the country in which your payment method was issued, and your IP address. We retain this evidence for as long as tax law requires. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
If the address you give us is inaccurate and the wrong amount of tax is charged as a result, we may correct the charge — recovering any shortfall from you, or refunding any excess. Where a tax authority assesses additional tax, interest, or penalties against us because an address you gave us was not accurate, you agree to reimburse us for that amount.
All payments are processed securely through our payment processor, on its own hosted checkout pages. By making a purchase you agree to that processor's terms of service. We accept major credit and debit cards and the other payment methods it supports. We never receive or store your full payment card details; payment data is handled entirely by the processor in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
Coupon codes and promotional offers:
Where a coupon reduces the price of a Product to zero, no payment is made and the purchase is not refundable. Section 11 of the Refund Policy explains this.
Our Products are digital content, made available to you immediately on purchase. At checkout you will be asked to confirm that you want access to begin straight away, and to acknowledge the effect this has on any statutory right of withdrawal available to you.
Your rights under our Refund Policy apply in addition to, and are unaffected by, that confirmation.
Our Refund Policy forms part of your agreement with us. It governs all refund matters, and prevails over this Section in the event of any difference.
In summary, and subject to the full terms of that policy:
A paid Toolkit is not refundable once purchased, and a Toolkit obtained at no cost involves no payment to return (Refund Policy, Section 3.4). Where we offer any other Product that is not a Course or a Bundle, the refund terms for that Product are stated at the point of purchase.
The Refund Policy also sets out the position on technical faults, withdrawal of a Product, exceptional personal circumstances, duplicate purchases, and refund abuse.
All content on our Platform — including course materials, video lessons, composite case examples, immigration strategy frameworks, templates, checklists, text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the exclusive property of Immigreat AI LLC or our licensors, and is protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.
On purchasing a Product you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view that Product for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only, for the duration of your Access Period. This licence conveys no ownership rights.
For a Toolkit, the licence also permits you to download its files and to fill in, adapt, and print them for the purpose described in Section 5.7. Copies you downloaded during your Access Period remain licensed to you on these terms after it ends.
You agree that you will not:
A breach of this Section may result in termination of your access under Section 13 and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.
We monitor Platform usage for indicators of unauthorised copying or sharing, including concurrent sessions, anomalous streaming patterns, rapid sequential replay, and access from multiple geographic locations within a short period.
Where we identify such a pattern we will normally contact you before taking action, so that you have an opportunity to explain. Where we consider that a breach is established, or where the conduct is such that prior notice would defeat the purpose of acting, we may suspend or terminate your Account without prior notice.
When using our Platform you agree not to:
OUR COURSES ARE FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. NOTHING ON OUR PLATFORM CONSTITUTES LEGAL ADVICE OR CREATES AN ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP. IMMIGRATION LAWS ARE COMPLEX AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND CONSULTING A LICENSED IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY FOR ADVICE SPECIFIC TO YOUR SITUATION.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC IMMIGRATION OUTCOME FROM USING OUR COURSES. COMPLETING A COURSE DOES NOT GUARANTEE APPROVAL OF ANY VISA APPLICATION, IMMIGRATION PETITION, OR OTHER IMMIGRATION BENEFIT. ALL IMMIGRATION DECISIONS ARE MADE SOLELY BY U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION SERVICES (USCIS) OR OTHER RELEVANT GOVERNMENT AGENCIES.
Case examples and case studies in our Products are composite examples, built from recurring patterns across publicly available AAO decisions and observed adjudication trends. They do not correspond to any individual case. We make no representation that any strategy or outcome described in an example will be replicated in your own case.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE LAW APPLICABLE TO YOU, THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties. Where that is the case, the exclusions above apply to you only to the extent permitted, and nothing in this Section affects your rights under Section 1.4.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMMIGREAT AI LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES; DENIAL OF ANY VISA OR IMMIGRATION APPLICATION; DELAY IN IMMIGRATION PROCESSING; ANY DECISION MADE ON THE BASIS OF COURSE CONTENT; OR LOSS OF DATA.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Immigreat AI LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your infringement of any third-party rights; or (c) any fraudulent chargeback or refund abuse you engage in.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting us at support@greencaard.com. Closing your Account does not itself entitle you to a refund; refund eligibility is determined solely by the Refund Policy.
Deleting your account through your profile settings removes your sign-in credentials. To also have your order history and personal details erased or anonymised, contact us at support@greencaard.com — Section 9 of our Privacy Policy explains what we can and cannot delete.
We may suspend or terminate your Account and your access to the Platform where:
Except where immediate action is necessary to protect the Platform, our content, or other users, we will give you notice and a reasonable opportunity to respond before suspending or terminating your Account.
Where we terminate your Account for one of the reasons in Section 13.2, any remaining Access Period is forfeited and no refund is due.
Where we terminate your Account or withdraw the Platform for any other reason — including a decision to cease operating — we will refund the unused portion of any Access Period you have paid for, calculated on a pro-rata basis, with no processing fee deducted.
Sections 8, 10, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform should first be raised with us at support@greencaard.com, so that we can attempt to resolve it in good faith. Most matters are resolved at this stage.
If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of being raised with us, either party may refer it to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Wake County, North Carolina, or by video conference or on documents alone at your election.
Either party may instead bring an individual claim in a small claims court with jurisdiction over the matter, and either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
If you are a consumer resident outside the United States, Sections 14.3 and 14.4 apply to you only to the extent permitted by the law of your country of residence. Nothing in this Section deprives you of the protection of any mandatory provision of that law, or of your right to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence where that law so provides.
We may modify these Terms. We will post the updated Terms on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date and version number.
Changes take effect from the date they are posted and apply to your continued use of the Platform. They do not apply retrospectively to a Product you have already purchased: the version of these Terms, and of the Refund Policy, in effect on the date of your purchase governs that purchase. Dated copies of previous versions are retained and are available on request from support@greencaard.com.
These Terms, together with our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Legal Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Immigreat AI LLC regarding your use of the Platform. Where those documents differ, the order of precedence is: first, any mandatory right you have under Section 1.4; second, the Refund Policy on refund matters; and third, these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations, provided that doing so does not reduce your rights under these Terms or the Refund Policy.
